"Mr. Lomondy" demonstrates the importance of always being at the horse's head. Returning to Auckland NZ from Australian races, the horse rockets from his air crate on unloading. He is probably battling the soggy, floppy leg bandages.

Wentworth Tellington hauled over 500 performannce horses up to 1200 miles non-stop. He discovered that leg bandages were not required when horses faced away from the direction of travel. His horses did not step, stomp, or tramp, and injuries to legs and pasterns were avoided.
